This Indenture made the

John, Earl of Kimberly of Kimberly in the Coy of Norfolk (herein called the
Vendor) of the first part, Laurence Currie of 67 Lombard St in the City of
London Esq. and Edward Hussey Packe of Preshold Hull in the county of Leicester
Esq (herein called the trustees) of the 2nd part and the Rural
District Council of Forehoe in the County of Norfolk (herein called ‘The Purchasers’) of the third
part.
Whereas by an Index of Resettlement dated the 10th
day of Nov.1907 is made between the Vendor of the one part. The Hon John Woodhouse of the first part,
The Lady Constance Wodehouse of the 3rd part and the Trees of the 4th
part. She has hereby assured (logs with
a /) were assured to uses under which the Vendor is now tenant for life or possess thereof. And whereas the so Trees
are the present Trees of the Settlement within the means of the Settled Land
Acts 1882 to 1890. And whereas the
Vendor by virtue of the powers vested in him by the Settled Land Act 1882 to
1890 has agreed to sell to the Purchasers in exercise of the powers in that
behalf given to them by the Housing Act 1890 to 1909 and of all powers or
authorizes them enabling have agreed to purchase the ////////hereby
