This Indenture made the ///////day of 1920 between the Rt Hon John, Earl of Kimberly of Kimberly in the Coy of Norfolk (herein called the Vendor) of the first part, Laurence Currie of 67 Lombard St in the City of London Esq. and Edward Hussey Packe of Preshold Hull in the county of Leicester Esq (herein called the trustees) of the 2^nd part and the Rural District Council of Forehoe in the County of Norfolk (herein called ‘The Purchasers’) of the third part.

Whereas by an Index of Resettlement dated the 10^th day of Nov.1907 is made between the Vendor of the one part. The Hon John Woodhouse of the first part, The Lady Constance Wodehouse of the 3^rd part and the Trees of the 4^th part. She has hereby assured (logs with a /) were assured to uses under which the Vendor is now tenant for life or possess thereof. And whereas the so Trees are the present Trees of the Settlement within the means of the Settled Land Acts 1882 to 1890. And whereas the Vendor by virtue of the powers vested in him by the Settled Land Act 1882 to 1890 has agreed to sell to the Purchasers in exercise of the powers in that behalf given to them by the Housing Act 1890 to 1909 and of all powers or authorizes them enabling have agreed to purchase the ////////hereby assured at the price of £ witness that in pursuance of the so agreement /// of the sum of £ now paid by the Purchasers to the so Trees as such Trees as //// (the act whereof the Trees do hereby ////)

The Vendor in exercise of the power for the purpose given to him by the Settled Land Acts 1882 to 1890 and of every or power enabling him as beneficial //// do so hereby convey unto the Purchasers and are in the plans here so annexed and therein coloured pink. Which plans are taken from the Ordinance Survey Map and intended and shall be taken as merely assist and //// the Constance //// Sch and not as in any way //// the same. To hold the same into and to the use of the Purchasers and there assigns in fee ////. And the council for themselves , their successors and do hereby covenant with the Vendor and his successors////////to forthwith erect and make boundary fences of the sides of the land hereby and conveyed marked T on the said plans such fences to be made to the satisfaction of the Vendor or his Agent at an all times hereafter to maintain such fences in proper repair order and it is hereby certified that the Lands Act hereby effected does not form part of a larger Land Act or of a series of Lands Act in respect of which the amount of value or the aggregate amount in value of the //exceeds £500.

And the Vendor hereby asked the right of the Purchaser to production of the Deeds and documents //// in the Junior School hereto and to delivery of the copies thereof and hereby undertakes with the Purchasers for the safe custody of such documents.
